1. The Platform and our role

Plany Plus operates an online marketplace that lets Customers discover, compare and book event services from independent Providers, and lets Providers list and manage their services.

Plany Plus is not a party to the service contract entered between a Customer and a Provider. We do not perform event services ourselves and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of any listed service. Our role is limited to facilitating discovery, booking, payment and support.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity in the UAE to create an account.
• Provider accounts require a valid UAE trade licence and any permits legally required for the services offered.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it up to date.

3. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once the Customer completes checkout and receives a confirmation from the Platform. The booking creates a direct service contract between the Customer and the Provider on the terms shown at checkout, including price, date, location and scope of service.

Providers must honour confirmed bookings and deliver the service as described. Customers must attend on the agreed date and cooperate with the Provider to allow the service to be performed.

4. Payments, fees and payouts

• All payments are processed through a licensed payment gateway. Prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise stated and include applicable VAT where required.
• Plany Plus charges Providers a commission per completed booking as set out in the applicable subscription plan.
• Payouts to Providers are transferred to the verified IBAN on file after the service is delivered and any refund window has closed.
• You authorise Plany Plus and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of the booking, including taxes and fees.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Providers may publish stricter refund terms on their listing; where they do, the listing terms apply as long as they are shown to the Customer before booking.

• Free cancellation by the Customer more than 72 hours before the event start time: full refund of the paid amount.
• Cancellation between 24 and 72 hours before the event: refund of 50% of the paid amount.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the event or no-show: no refund.
• If the Provider cancels or fails to deliver, the Customer receives a 100% refund and Plany Plus may take action against the Provider account.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–14 business days depending on the bank.

6. Customer obligations

• Provide accurate booking details, including venue access and event requirements.
• Treat Providers and their staff respectfully and in accordance with UAE law.
• Pay all amounts due and cover any lawful additional charges you approve on the day.

7. Provider obligations

• Hold and maintain all licences, permits and insurance required by UAE authorities.
• Publish accurate service descriptions, pricing and availability.
• Deliver services professionally, safely and on time.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including tax, labour, health and safety, and consumer protection rules.
• Not solicit Customers off-platform to avoid commissions; such conduct may result in permanent removal.

8. Prohibited activities

• Using the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Posting content that is misleading, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory or infringes any third-party right.
• Circumventing the booking or payment flow to avoid fees.
• Uploading malware, scraping the Platform or interfering with its operation.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting a business or its licences.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its software, design, trademarks, logos and content, is owned by Plany Plus or its licensors and is protected under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 concerning Copyright and Related Rights and Federal Law No. 36 of 2021 on Trademarks.

Providers grant Plany Plus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and promote the content they upload for the purposes of operating the Platform.

You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the Platform without our prior written consent.

10. Reviews and ratings

Customers may leave reviews about completed bookings. Reviews must be honest, based on personal experience and free from unlawful content. Plany Plus may moderate or remove reviews that breach these Terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account, remove a listing or cancel a booking if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, any applicable law, or if required by an order from a UAE authority. You may close your account at any time from settings.

12. Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Plany Plus does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Plany Plus is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for the acts or omissions of any Provider or Customer. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the commission actually received by Plany Plus from the specific booking that gave rise to the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plany Plus, its officers, employees and partners from any claim, loss or damage arising out of your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate in which Plany Plus is licensed.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
